Pakistan is observing the Kashmir Solidarity Day moment( Sunday) with a renewed commitment to support the just struggle of Kashmiris for their inalienable right to tone- determination as elevated in the applicable judgments of the United Nations Security Council( UNSC). The people and the government of Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir mark the day every time to express solidarity with the Kashmiris in the Indian Immorally enthralled Jammu and Kashmir( IIOJK) not only to renew their love and affection towards them but also to reiterate the commitment and fidelity for the emancipation of the enthralled vale from Indian subjection.
People from different walks of life, including politicians, croaker, attorneys, social activists, scholars and others will hold rallies and demonstrations, and form mortal chains across the country to inoculate new spirits in the Kashmiris.
who have been fighting for their freedom.
All the Pakistani operations abroad would also organise forums and print exhibitions to draw the world’s attention toward the worst form of subjection and mortal rights violations committed by India in the IIOJK. also, special programmes will be vented by the public electronic media while the print media will publish special supplements to punctuate the significance of Kashmir Day and the decades-long struggle of the Kashmiri people against illegal Indian occupation. The observance of this day is also aimed at pressing the long- standing unsettled disagreement of Jammu and Kashmir internationally and cheering the Kashmiris that they aren't alone in their struggle and fermentation as the people of Pakistan and Kashmir stand wholeheartedly with them. Kashmir's strife for freedom For over seven decades, it has been a battle of stopgap against inviting odds, courage against fear, and immolation against despotism; but through all of it, the Kashmiri people have persisted and stood establishment in the face of the continuing Indian crusade of brutalisation which has used every inhuman tactic and draconian law to immortalize the illegal occupation in IIOJK. India is keeping a major part of the internationally- conceded disputed Himalayan Jammu Kashmir state in her illegal and forced occupation at the muscle of her occupational military power since October 27, 1947, against the bournes of the people of the State. India is using state terrorism against the Kashmiris including extrajudicial killings, arbitrary detentions, fake hassles and offered cordon- and- search operations. Over,000 Indian occupation forces have turned IIOJK into an open captivity but the despair of the RSS- BJP division to control the indigenous Kashmiri movement has fully run aground. Jammu and Kashmir's disagreement is one of the oldest particulars on the docket of the UN Security Council. The disagreement remains undetermined due to India’s obstinate turndown to recognize its commitments and its discourteousness for abecedarian mortal rights and transnational law. India’s illegal and unilateral conduct of August 5, 2019, are also in blatant violation of transnational law including the UN Charter, 4th Geneva Convention, and the applicable UN Security Council judgments which quested that the final disposition of the state of Jammu and Kashmir would be made in agreement with the will of the people expressed through the popular system of a free and unprejudiced plebiscite conducted under the aegis of the United Nations. President Alvi urges world to hold India responsible On the occasion, President Dr Arif Alvi said prompted the transnational community and organisations to take practical way to hold India responsible for its gross and wide mortal rights violations in IIOJK. “ We observe this day to draw the attention of the transnational community towards the applicable UN Security Council judgments which give that the final disposition of the Jammu and Kashmir disagreement would be made in agreement with the will of the people, expressed through the popular system of a free and unprejudiced plebiscite conducted under the aegis of the United Nations, ” he stressed. The chairman called upon India to allow unfettered access to the UN and Organisation of Islamic Council spectators, transnational media and mortal rights organisations to IIOJK to gain first- hand information about the situation there, and probe and report the mortal rights violations. “ moment, we observe Kashmir Solidarity Day to express Pakistan’s unyielding support for the licit and just struggle of the Kashmiri people for the realisation of their inalienable right to tone- determination, ” President Secretariat Press Wing in a press release quoted the chairman as saying.
