'Kashmiris’ will unbreakable': Pakistan observes Kashmir Solidarity Day

 

Pakistan is observing the Kashmir Solidarity Day  moment( Sunday) with a renewed commitment to support the just struggle of Kashmiris for their inalienable right to  tone- determination as  elevated in the applicable  judgments  of the United Nations Security Council( UNSC).   The people and the government of Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir mark the day every time to express solidarity with the Kashmiris in the Indian Immorally enthralled Jammu and Kashmir( IIOJK) not only to renew their love and affection towards them but also to reiterate the commitment and  fidelity for the emancipation of the  enthralled  vale from Indian  subjection.  

 People from different walks of life, including politicians, croaker,  attorneys, social activists,  scholars and others will hold rallies and demonstrations, and form  mortal chains across the country to  inoculate new spirits in the Kashmiris.

  All the Pakistani  operations abroad would also organise  forums  and  print exhibitions to draw the world’s attention toward the worst form of  subjection and  mortal rights violations committed by India in the IIOJK.   also, special programmes will be  vented by the  public electronic media while the print media will publish special supplements to  punctuate the significance of Kashmir Day and the decades-long struggle of the Kashmiri people against illegal Indian occupation.   The observance of this day is also aimed at  pressing the long- standing unsettled  disagreement of Jammu and Kashmir internationally and  cheering the Kashmiris that they aren't alone in their struggle and  fermentation as the people of Pakistan and Kashmir stand wholeheartedly with them.   Kashmir's strife for freedom  For over seven decades, it has been a battle of stopgap against inviting odds, courage against fear, and immolation against  despotism; but through all of it, the Kashmiri people have persisted and stood  establishment in the face of the continuing Indian  crusade of brutalisation which has used every inhuman tactic and draconian law to  immortalize the illegal occupation in IIOJK.   India is keeping a major part of the internationally-  conceded disputed Himalayan Jammu Kashmir state in her illegal and forced occupation at the  muscle of her occupational military power since October 27, 1947, against the  bournes  of the people of the State.   India is using state terrorism against the Kashmiris including extrajudicial killings, arbitrary detentions, fake  hassles and  offered cordon- and- search operations.   Over,000 Indian occupation forces have turned IIOJK into an open captivity but the despair of the RSS- BJP  division to control the indigenous Kashmiri movement has  fully run aground.   Jammu and Kashmir's  disagreement is one of the oldest  particulars on the  docket of the UN Security Council.   The  disagreement remains  undetermined due to India’s obstinate  turndown to  recognize its commitments and its  discourteousness for abecedarian  mortal rights and  transnational law.   India’s illegal and unilateral  conduct of August 5, 2019, are also in blatant violation of  transnational law including the UN Charter, 4th Geneva Convention, and the applicable UN Security Council  judgments  which quested that the final disposition of the state of Jammu and Kashmir would be made in  agreement with the will of the people expressed through the popular  system of a free and  unprejudiced plebiscite conducted under the aegis  of the United Nations.   President Alvi urges world to hold India  responsible  On the occasion, President Dr Arif Alvi said  prompted the  transnational community and organisations to take practical  way to hold India  responsible for its gross and  wide  mortal rights violations in IIOJK.   “ We observe this day to draw the attention of the  transnational community towards the applicable UN Security Council judgments which  give that the final disposition of the Jammu and Kashmir disagreement would be made in  agreement with the will of the people, expressed through the popular  system of a free and  unprejudiced plebiscite conducted under the aegis  of the United Nations, ” he stressed.   The  chairman called upon India to allow unfettered access to the UN and Organisation of Islamic Council  spectators,  transnational media and  mortal rights organisations to IIOJK to  gain first- hand information about the situation there, and  probe and report the  mortal rights violations.   “ moment, we observe Kashmir Solidarity Day to express Pakistan’s  unyielding support for the  licit and just struggle of the Kashmiri people for the realisation of their inalienable right to  tone- determination, ” President Secretariat Press Wing in a press release quoted the  chairman as saying.   No  quantum of terrorism can break Kashmiris' will PM Shehbaz  In his communication for the Kashmir Solidarity Day, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that India is incorrect if it believes it could crush the iron will of the Kashmiri people.   “ No  quantum of state terrorism, unleashed by Indian Occupation Forces, can break the will of the Kashmiris or undermine their  licit struggle.   The  high minister  prompted India to  recognize its commitments made to Pakistan, the UN and,  over all, the Kashmiri people.   “ On behalf of the entire Pakistani nation, I want to assure our Kashmiri sisters and sisters that we stand shoulder to shoulder with them. We'll continue to advance moral, politic and political support to their just beget until they attain freedom from Indian oppression."   He further reiterated that Pakistan would also continue to raise its voice on all  transnational platforms and  punctuate India’s barbaric  conduct in Indian Illegal enthralled Jammu and Kashmir( IIOJK).   “ On this Kashmir Solidarity Day, we renew the commitment of our  unyielding support to them in their just struggle for their inalienable right to  tone- determination, ” he added.   Fortified forces of Pakistan pay  homage to Kashmiris  Meanwhile, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee of Pakistan( CJCSC) General Sahir Shamshad Mirza,tri-services chiefs and fortified forces also paid  homage to the Kashmiris' valour and their fight for freedom.  " CJCSC, Services Chiefs and AFs( fortified forces) of Pakistan pay  homage to the indigenous freedom struggle of  stalwart Kashmiris for their right to  tone- determination as per UN  judgments  and  bournes  of people of Kashmir.
